Discord

This app takes care of all the social components of D&D. That means we use discord as the venue for our virtual gatherings to play games. Discord is essentially a chat app like many others you might know eg: WhatsApp, messenger etc. In that sense discord allows the same basic functionalities: There are groups called servers in discord where you and your friends can text, voice call or video call. Like using any new app there is slight bit of learning to get used to discord. The app is very easy to get into but here is a 10 minute video to get you fully up to speed.
